With the option of paying your union dues by Payroll Deduction, Direct Debit or Credit Card you have more choices than ever! 

It is important to note that you should only complete ONE form, either a Direct Debit/Credit Card form or a Payroll Deduction form.

Direct Debit/Credit Card Forms

This form gives the AMIEU permission to deduct your union dues direct from your bank account/credit card.  Therefore your employer has no knowledge of your union membership!  Paying by Direct Debit/Credit Card also offers you union membership at a discounted rate. 

You need to ensure that your nominated bank account has enough funds to cover the direct debit on the day it falls due.

It is your responsibility to CONTACT THE UNION IMMEDIATELY IF YOUR BANK DETAILS  CHANGE.

Payroll Deduction Authority

Payroll Deductions are taken directly from your pay.  The Payroll Deduction form is to be handed directly to your pay office at work or your on-site AMIEU representative (who will forward to your pay office on your behalf).

You can complete the forms online - but changes cannot be saved.  Once you have typed your information in you need to print your form and either forward to your pay office or the AMIEU Brisbane office (address below).
